Thermaflex, a subsidiary of Flexible Technologies, and a leading manufacturer of products for the HVAC markets is recruiting for a Customer Service Representative for our Abbeville, South Carolina location. The Customer Service Representative is responsible for receiving and resolving customer requests with a purpose of partnering with the Thermaflex team to continuously improve our customers’ experience.
Processes orders from customers or sales representatives.
Takes calls from customers or sales representatives for orders.
Acts as liaison to assure timely delivery schedules; exercises considerable tact when discussing delays or deviations with customers.
Informs manager of problems with meeting customer requirements.
Handles customer complaints and directs returned goods to appropriate personnel for evaluation.
Maintains literature, price lists and coordinates all customer requests to the appropriate department.
Maintains on-line or other department files.
Education: Associate degree preferred
Experience: 3 years customer service related experience preferred
Special Requirements:Some occasional travel may be required
Regular exposure to manufacturing conditions
