Thermaflex, a division of Flexible Technologies, and a leading manufacturer of products for the home appliance, medical, HVAC and industrial markets is recruiting for Office Manager Position for our Phoenix, AZ location.
Responsible for recommending and reviewing human resources actions/changes with the focus of creating a high performing engaged work team.
Responsible for coordinating the site safety trainings and monitoring trends to ensure continuous improvement in safety is constant
Manages all aspects of site recruiting including posting, interviewing, on-boarding and reporting compliance.
Responsible for overseeing all functions of payroll, site benefits administration support and follow through on issues to ensure they are resolved for employees.
Ensures HRIS system updates are accurately and timely communicated to division human resources.
Manages all required OSHA report posting requirements and other EHS compliance activities as needed. Maintains records and notifies Safety Manager immediately of any serious or unusual cases. Liaison for site with insurance carrier for claims reporting.
Manages location bulletin boards to assure compliance. Assures appropriate or required notices are posted. Maintains all necessary local, state and federal/environmental reporting and permitting.
Responsible for purchasing of raw materials and reviews inventory for optimum level attainment. Schedules inventory cycle counts for raw materials and finished goods.
Completes orders for maintenance and production parts and supplies as needed.
Liaisons with Customer Service
Provides other support for the facility as required by management.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in business or related field or equivalent practical/technical training preferred
Experience: 5+ year preferred
Skills: Computer proficiency
Effective communication skills
Effective interpersonal skills
Bi-lingual Spanish preferred
Special Requirements: Shop floor exposure
