Process Coordinator 2nd Shift, Phoenix, AZ

Thermaflex, a division of Flexible Technologies, and a leading manufacturer of products for the home appliance, medical, HVAC and industrial markets is recruiting for Process Coordinator Position for our Phoenix, AZ location.

Starting pay for this position is $14.82 per hour with top pay after 180 days is $ 15.38. This position is also eligible for shift premium.

RESPONSIBILITIES: Performs a variety of functions to quality control and scheduling for the facility. Makes recommendations of product capacities and maintains optimum stock levels. Performs raw material, in-process and final inspection to assure compliance with company, UL and customer requirements.


Schedules product to be manufactured on pullover, polycore and barrier machines to meet customers’ orders and maintain warehouse inventory levels.

Prints finished goods tickets for pullover, polycore and barrier machine.

Coordinates with purchasing to determine raw material order requirements.

Maintains adequate inventory of non-insulated products.

Quality Control:

Performs quality inspections on pullover, printer, polycore and barrier processes to ensure quality product in being manufactured.

Maintains quality control records for UL inspections and audits.

Maintains quality records for internal audits.


Secondary Duties:

Maintains communication with all process areas for planning.

Maintains measuring equipment for inspections.

Education:          High school diploma/GED plus additional specialized training

Experience:        1+ years preferred

Skills:                    Knowledge of production processes and materials

Effective written and verbal communication skills

Good math skills
